Description
We are seeking a skilled US Accountant with 2+ years of experience in the Logistics OR Warehousing industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and have hands-on experience in managing and reviewing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting activities using QuickBooks Online
Review and process AP and AR transactions accurately
Perform thorough GL reviews and ensure account reconciliation
Generate financial reports and assist with month-end closing
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
4–6 years of accounting experience in the logistics OR warehousing sector
Strong expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Proven experience in AP, AR, and GL review
Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent organizational abilities
