Conduct monthly site visits to all Jaipur projects to ensure statutory and legal compliances.Coordinate and conduct monthly compliance meetings for under-construction and post-construction projects with internal and external stakeholders.Prepare and maintain a compliance tracker for all under-construction and post-construction projects at Jaipur location.Prepare and maintain MIS related to NOCs and statutory approvals for Jaipur projects.Follow up and coordinate with authorities and internal teams for resolution of non-compliance issues and closure of statutory observations.Support management in obtaining timely statutory approvals and clearances as required.What
are we looking for? Knowledge of legal and statutory compliance processes related to real estate projects.Understanding of local building bye-laws and allied notifications.Familiarity with environment-related guidelines.Strong coordination and follow-up skills.Good computer and MIS reporting skills.Strong internal and external stakeholder management abilities.
