Job Description
At MNC Hotels aggressively hiring Waiter in Kalyanpur Kanpur to expand its business and cater to the growing customer base in Uttar Pradesh. This vacancy is suitable for Women & Men. The candidate should have studied 12th Pass and shall have language proficiency as medium English
Post: Hotel Staff Waiter / Waitress
Working Shift: Rotational – Day and Night
Education : 12th Pass and Above
Location: Kalyanpur Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: 11000 to 13000/month + accommodation + Incentive
Work Details of Waitress/waiter in Kanpur
• Welcoming guest & taking orders duly following COVID1+ guidelines as per government of Uttar Pradesh
• Manage cash counter and reports to manager.
• Working on Times Dine-out POS Software
• Taking all care of Kanpur Kalyanpur customers
• Data entries on MS Excel on inventories, daily sales, purchases, stock taking etc
• Serving food to customers and keep clean the table post order.
• Setting up café in morning and closing time
• Making coffee, Shakes Mocktails
• Bring materials like milk, Veggie, Kirana etc fm vendors nearby Kalyanpur Kanpur
• Maintain daily crockery, spoon, fork etc for each tables
• Taking feedback n online review from customers of Kanpur Uttar Pradesh
• Delivery of food to customers upon online orders received with his vehicle. Payment shall be paid @2.5/km extra for/nearby Kalyanpur Kanpur UP regular customers.
• Should be ready to work in a team n helps each other on their work in case of weekly off, emergencies, rush time etc.
• Honesty is very important part to play and cash has to be tallied with sales.
Requirements
• Excellent presentation skills
• Candidate will require to have location idea or native from Kalyanpur Kanpur- to drive some time for required product collections.
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Team spirit
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Must have good language knowledge of Hindi and English to communicate better with local customers of Kanpur Uttar Pradesh.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Must be ready to travel or collection of special orders nearby area of Kalyanpur Kanpur Uttar Pradesh
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
