Job profile - Field Operations Executive
Job Responsibility
• should understand the vendor/operator pain points and able to manage the operations
• should be able to do Crisis management and ensure operations are running
• Smoothly in uncertain times
• should be able to manage drivers and conductors ensuring highest level of experience
• should ensure proper Audit and Maintenance of the vehicle is done to maintain proper hygiene
• should be able to handle the on-ground issues with taxi union and others
• should own the geography e.g., South Mumbai, Navi Mumbai. and should take minimum TAT in
• Resolving issues in real-time basis
• should be fluent in local language.

• Computer knowledge needed
