Job Description:

Advising/drafting/Vetting of documentation related to Merchant Acquiring(PG, POS, UPI, BQR, BBPS) Aggregator Agreements ,Software Agreements, Alliance Agreement, Referral Arrangement, advising on Website T & Cs, Privacy Policies, etc.
Advising/drafting/Vetting of documentation for Govt Business, Start ups and Strategic Inclusive Banking.
Advising on Business Correspondent/ Business Facilitator Agreements, Service Provider Agreements, Escrow Agreements, etc.
Advising on the documentation / agreements for Retail Products & Liabilities , Private Banking, Demat related matters
Attending conference calls with clients and Counsels of the Bank/Clients for discussion/negotiations on the Agreement and related legal issues
Advising on Banking Laws and Practice including The Banking Regulation Act1+4+, The Companies Act, 2013, Payment and Settlement Systems Act (PSS Act), Aadhar Act, The Indian Contract Act, 1872, Data Privacy, Information Technology Act, generally advising on all RBI Guidelines including RBI Guidelines on Payment Aggregator and Payment Gateway, Prepaid Payment Instrument and generally advising on RBI circulars.
