Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Event Manager with over 5 years of expertise in event management, particularly in handling IT clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end event execution, client communication, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring all deliverables are met with excellence and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage complete event execution, including pre-event planning, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up
• Interact regularly with clients to understand and interpret their requirements, providing strategic and creative ideas
• Coordinate with internal departments including creative, operations, technical, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
• Maintain high-quality standards while meeting client expectations
• Anticipate and resolve issues or obstacles that may arise during the planning or execution phase
• Prepare internal costing and budget sheets for each event, ensuring profitable margins
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage deadlines efficiently
• Build and nurture strong relationships with IT clients
