We are Looking for Embedded Development / Firmware Development position, details are below...

Experience - min 3 years

Location- Mumbai, Bangalore and Kolkata

Salary - up to 16 lac

JD:-
• Background in embedded software development in C or C++.
• Basic understanding of standard features like memory management, display interfaces, UART SPI and I2C.
• Experience in development of distributed/IOT embedded systems.
• Experience in working with Microcontrollers (e.g., Renesas, STM32).
• Knowledge of MQTT network protocol.
• Knowledge of OTA firmware update mechanisms.
• Knowledge of Mesh Networks (e.g. Thread, Zigbee, Bluetooth, LoRa and WAN).

Primary Responsibilities
• Work in a cross-functional Agile team.
• Collaborate with colleagues on site and across the globe.
• Design software for smart meters, utilizing object-oriented software design principles and other best practices.
• Produce documentation describing the design.
• Produce high quality C code consistent with the written design.
• Implement unit tests and uses static analysis tools to identify and address potential defects.
• Integrate software with electronics and hardware.
• Participate in reviews of requirements, design, implementation, and tests to ensure quality standards are met
• Analyse unexpected, undesirable, or non-understood behaviour in software and in interactions of software with hardware.
• Document results of defect analysis.
• Follow the applicable standard and project documents such as the software development plan and coding standards.

Mandatory Skills Required
• C/C++ expertise
• Knowledge of Microcontrollers
• Knowledge of test tools like oscilloscope and multi meters.
• DLMS (nice to have)
