Job Profile:

To identify potential insurance advisors and recruit them in accordance with the managements business plan.

To set targets for advisors.

To meet expected sales target consistently.

To facilitate training, monitor on the development, and give the feedback on the performance of the advisors.

Preferred Quality:

Experience: Minimum 2 years Sales

Age : 24 35 yrs

Bike Mandatory

Good Communication (English & Local language)

Local or should be staying in same location from at least 2 yrs.
