Responsibilities
Manage and develop client accounts, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing support.
Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare and present reports on account status and performance metrics.
Assist in the negotiation of contracts and pricing with clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights to clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
1-4 years of experience in account management, ideally in the transport and logistics industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
