Role Description The Water Pump Service Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. The role involves visiting customer locations to inspect, install, repair, and maintain water pumps and related equipment. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing routine servicing, maintaining service records, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure timely completion of jobs. The executive will interact directly with customers to explain work performed, provide basic operating guidance, and address service-related concerns. The role may also include assisting with inventory checks, supporting team scheduling, and following all safety and quality standards during field work.
Qualifications
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build trust and handle customer queries professionally.
Clear and effective Communication skills for explaining technical issues and documenting service activities.
• Team Management and Organization Skills to coordinate with colleagues, manage service visits, and keep accurate records.
• Basic technical knowledge of water pumps, plumbing or electrical systems, and willingness to learn manufacturer-specific procedures.
• Ability to work on-site in Patna, travel to customer locations, and perform physical tasks related to installation and repair.
• Attention to safety practices and adherence to company policies and quality standards.
• Prior experience in field service, maintenance, or a related technical role is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in mechanical/electrical trade is preferred.
