Objectives of this Role
Pinnacle is looking for a software developer who will collaborate with internal teams to develop functional applications while working in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will develop and consumes application programming interfaces (APIs) to support mobile functionality while keeping up to date with terminology, concepts, and best practices for coding mobile apps. The candidate will contribute to the design, testing, release, and support of the application.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, evaluate, modify, and document software programs and systems for customer-facing applications and internal applications.
• Create and maintain cross-platform applications that extend current internal web applications.
• Reporting on the status of projects in a timely and accurate fashion using available metrics
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments and contributing to the company’s technology stack.
Skills and Qualifications
• Strong coding, debugging, testing, algorithm design, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
• Strong experience of working with SQL, windev environment, APIs, json, etc
• Understands their area of work and shares their knowledge frequently with their teammates.
• Understands the basics of writing automated unit & functional tests.
