Job Summary

We are seeking a confident and target-driven International Sales Executive to handle outbound sales for overseas clients (Australia/US). The role involves engaging with international customers, generating leads, and converting them into successful sales through effective communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to international customers (Australia)
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling
Deliver clear and engaging sales pitches
Handle objections and follow up effectively
Close sales and achieve assigned targets
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements

Excellent spoken English with neutral accent
Minimum [6 months – 2 years] experience in international sales / BPO
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in night shifts
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Skills

Experience in solar / energy / lead generation industry
Good objection handling and closing techniques
Familiarity with CRM tools and dialers
