RolesandResponsibilities:
Experience: 6 Months 2yrs
Besolely responsible for managing the entire Employee Life Cycle fromjoining till exit and ensure a smooth transition of the employeesduring working with thecompany.
Becreative to plan execute all employee engagementactivities arranging motivation sessions communication within teamsand within company for such activities achievement communicationand related planningetc.
Handle the entire event from start to end without any assistanceand make it relevant and engaging for the employee singlehandedly.
Identifykey engagement drivers and develop the supporting internalcommunication plan to inform inspire and involve employees at alllevels and geographically dispersedlocations.
Motivateand get employees involved in every engagement program to make morevibrant energetic and value addingprogram.
Manage keep record of companys assets given to employees andprovide/collect from employees wheneverrequired.
Beresponsible for performance failure achievementcommunication take exit interviews of the employees in resign orfiring cases process full and final settlements and ensure employeeleaves with positive impression about the company and the processis handled withcare.
UpdateHRMS software for all Employee data base and create MIS and reportsfor HR Headreview.
