Role Description We are urgently looking for a Designer & a Video Editor - both on full time and freelance basis - focusing on sports content. The role involves conceptualizing, designing & executing assets for sports campaigns, social media, digital platforms and on-ground - including live season.
Qualifications - Designer
• Strong graphic design skills for digital and social media, including proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design software.
• Working knowledge of related AI tools is a must.
• 1-2 years of experience - with demonstrated experience in creating sports-related content (graphics, templates, social media formats etc.)
• An understanding of sports culture and storytelling.
• Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining brand consistency across all content.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and account teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications - Video Editor / Creator
• Strong video editing abilities with experience using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar, plus basic motion graphics skills in After Effects or equivalent software.
• Working knowledge of related AI tools will be highly preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience - with demonstrated experience in making edits, reels, match highlights, fan-centric stories, video packaging etc.
• Ability to shoot for Reels and social content will be highly preferred.
• An understanding of sports culture and storytelling.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and account teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Both the Roles:
• Are Bengaluru based. Candidates based there will be preferred.
• Require staying updated on sports trends, fan culture, and platform-specific best practices to bring fresh narratives & approaches to projects.
• Good communication skills, openness to feedback, and readiness to collaborate at a fast pace in a start-up environment.
