We are a growing web development agency looking for a proactive and results-driven Upwork Bidder to join our team. Your primary role will be to identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork (and similar platforms) that align with our service offerings, mainly web development, design, and e-commerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Search and bid on suitable projects on Upwork daily
• Write personalized, high-converting proposals tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand project scope and prepare accurate proposals
• Respond to client messages promptly and professionally
• Set up meetings or calls with qualified leads
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and keep track of submissions
Requirements:
• Proven experience bidding on Upwork (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Available to work during US business hours (preferred)
• Strong understanding of web development services (HTML, WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
• Ability to analyze project requirements and offer customized solutions
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
