Job Title: Associate Director/ Director Product (Full-time)
For: Upstox for Investors
Location: Mumbai
Summary
• Product Strategy: Define and drive the product vision, aligning it with overall business objectives and customer needs for the Wealth product (Upstox for investors).
• Roadmap Development and Execution: Create and manage a product roadmap that balances customer needs and company resources. Take the product roadmap to timely and high-quality execution, closely working across teams.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure smooth and effective product delivery.
• Data-driven Decision Making: Leverage market research, customer feedback, and performance analytics to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and lead the product management team, ensuring consistent performance and professional growth.
• Customer Centricity: Act as the voice of the customer within the organisation, ensuring customer-centricity in all product decisions.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, progress, and priorities to executive leadership, stakeholders, and partners.

• Proven Experience: 8 years in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Customer-Centric Approach: Strong experience in gathering customer insights and turning them into actionable product improvements.
• Leadership & Communication: You can clearly articulate complex information and decisions to a variety of audiences. You possess an exceptional ability to influence, inspire, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Data Analysis & Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent Communication: Founders mindset: Self-motivated, you are a self-motivated teammate with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
