Unity Team Lead

We are looking for a motivated and committed Unity Team Lead who is passionate about establishing value-add technologies of the future in today's industries. We are striving to become the market leader for workflow-based frontline worker assistance using 3D Technologies.

Responsibilities :
• Design the architecture of new products/features
• Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
• Coach, guide, and mentor game developers to grow in their work
• Monitoring the performance of live games and working on optimising them at the code level
• Staying up to date with new mobile/gaming technology trends, applications, and protocols
• Design and build advanced applications for the Android/iOS platform
• Provide guidance to the technical teams
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximise development efficiency
• Identifying potential problems and resolving bottlenecks
• Provide best practices and make sure they are respected
• Build and publish games containing high security and privacy standards for app stores
• Implement new technologies to maximise application performance
• Ensures that the approved coding standards are consistently applied in every component developed
• Code himself whenever technical and operational challenges come
• Provide justified estimation based on the client's requirements
• Take interviews of potential candidates
• Technically train interns and make them production ready

Required Skills :
• 5+ years of relevant professional C# programming experience, clean code and design patterns for object-orientated programming
• Excellent knowledge of the Unity3D engine
• Expertise in implementing the technical aspects of design documents
• Ability to architect solutions at various stages of development
• Aspiration to constantly enhance and learn about new technologies and concepts
• Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
