Accounts Executive – Hotels & Resorts
Location: La Nature Hotels & Resorts, Sikar, Rajasthan
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience)

About La Nature Hotels & Resorts
La Nature Hotels & Resorts is a luxury boutique resort nestled in the scenic Aravalli hills of Sikar, Rajasthan. Our property features premium villas, luxury Swiss tents, private pools, banquet facilities, destination weddings, fine dining experiences, and a specialty café. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing team.
Position Summary
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, handling Tally entries, supporting statutory compliance, monitoring revenue, and assisting management with financial reporting across Rooms, Restaurant, Café, Banquet, and Event operations.
Key Responsibilities
Tally & Accounting Operations
daily accounting records in Tally Prime.
Pass sales, purchase, receipt, payment, contra, and journal entries.
Record room revenue, restaurant revenue, banquet revenue, and event revenue.
Maintain vendor, customer, and employee ledgers.
Generate Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Statements, and Balance Sheets.
Maintain proper accounting documentation and daily backups.
Revenue Audit & Reconciliation
Verify daily revenue reports.
Reconcile PMS, POS, and accounting records.
Reconcile OTA bookings and settlements from MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, Booking.com, Yatra, and other platforms.
Verify guest billing and payment settlements.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Process vendor invoices and payment schedules.
Follow up on outstanding payments from corporate clients, wedding clients, travel agents, and event organizers.
Maintain debtor and creditor aging reports.
Generate invoices and payment reminders.
Inventory & Cost Control
Verify purchase orders and stock entries.
Support monthly inventory audits.
Track food cost, beverage cost, and operational expenses.
Assist management in cost-control initiatives.
GST, TDS & Compliance
Maintain GST records and supporting documents.
Prepare data for GST and TDS filings.
Assist with PF, ESI, and labour compliance documentation.
Coordinate with Chartered Accountants during audits and filings.
