Enforce security regulations and compliance standards while maintaining professionalism and courtesy in interactions with staff and visitors.
Skills
Background knowledge in law enforcement or military experience is highly advantageous for understanding security protocols.
Ability to perform physical security duties including patrolling, heavy lifting, and manual handling safely.
Excellent incident report writing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation of events
Proven conflict de-escalation and conflict management abilities to handle tense situations professionally.
Knowledge of emergency response procedures, fire safety protocols, and compliance with security regulations.
Customer service orientation with strong communication skills to interact positively with staff, visitors, and law enforcement when needed.
