UKG WFC Forecasting and Scheduling, Timekeeping
Experience-3 to 8 yrs
Notice period-15 to 30Days
Location-Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:Hands-on experience in Workforce Central Timekeeping, Accruals, Advanced Scheduling and Forecasting is a must-have.Manage and configure scheduling and advanced scheduling features in UKG WFM/WFC to meet business needs.Collaborate with HR, Operations, and IT teams to understand scheduling requirements and translate them into system configurations.Develop and maintain shift templates, rotation patterns, and rules for labor laws, union agreements, and organizational policies.Monitor schedule compliance, resolve exceptions, and optimize employee scheduling for cost-efficiency and staffing coverage.Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling-related issues in UKG WFM/WFCSolid understanding of concepts of Auto scheduler Option Sets, Schedule Generator, Schedule Rule Sets, Forecasting methods, Forecast Category Set, Volume Forecast, Labor Forecast(Labor Standard, Task and task group) and Forecast Map.Good Knowledge in ESS related to Scheduling - Shift Swap, Request to Cover and Open Shift Request.Proficiency in creating genies, Hyper finds, Reports and Analytics for Forecasting and scheduling data.Monitor, troubleshooting and resolve the incidents related to Scheduling and Forecasting Modules.Generate reports and analytics related to staffing, overtime, and compliance metrics.Participate in UKG system upgrades, testing, and new feature rollouts related to scheduling.Train managers and end-users on the scheduling system and provide ongoing support.Monitoring Batch Processing Events. Qualifications:3+ years of relevant experience with UKG WFM/WFC, specifically with Scheduling and Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting modules.Strong understanding of workforce management principles and scheduling best practices.Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Experience in healthcare, retail, or other industries with complex scheduling needs is a plus.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
