UIUX Developer

Responsible for creating UI with defined UX designs. He/She will also be optimizing applications to function smoothly across different devices and screen resolutions. Be sides the developer will be coordinating with the UI/UX Designer, conversational designer, and backend developers to improvise UI visually and functionally.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• HTML, Javascript, jQuery, React, and CSS expertise are required.
• Experience creating applications and software from start to finish.
• Complete command of Git version control.
• Collaborating closely with designers and backend engineers to determine business requirements.
• Optimizing Bot, application UI for better speed and functionality
• When building user interfaces, adhere to recognized code best practices.
• Working on collecting input from business owners, clients, and end users, as well as troubleshooting methods.
• Creating functional documentation and guidance for other members of the team.
• Creating timelines for project activities.
• Using analytical tools (methods) to assess UI performance, such as speed, load time, response time, and so on.
• Adhering to established UI design rules and best practices.
• Ensuring that all designs and specifications are rendered correctly.
• Design, build, and maintain highly reusable JavaScript, HTML and CSS code.
• Experience with Android or iOS development.

Secondary Responsibilities:
• Understand the limitations of our technology stack and business model and provide technical advice if needed.
• Up to speed on the most recent UI technology and practices.

Managerial and Leadership Responsibilities:
• Capability to drive change and assume leadership as needed.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills

Key Success Metrics:
• Containments/outcome of the BOT.
• An eye for detail, good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/BSc or MS in Computer Science or related discipline.

Experience: 2 to 5 years
