We are a growing agency specializing in web and mobile application development and design. We are seeking a UI/UX Designer who is not only a creative leader but also someone who is committed to delivering high-quality work and takes ownership of the entire design process. You will work with clients to transform their ideas into engaging, user-friendly designs while recommending process improvements to better manage our design workflow.

Role Overview:

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of web and mobile applications, focusing on creating intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional user interfaces and experiences. You will be involved in the entire design lifecycle, from concept and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and final designs. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and present your designs. You'll also help improve internal processes and grow the design department.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the UI/UX design process for web and mobile applications, from concept to final delivery.
Collaborate with clients to translate their ideas into engaging, user-centered designs.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Ensure designs are intuitive, responsive, and meet UI/UX best practices across different devices and platforms.
Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
Continuously iterate and improve designs based on client feedback, user testing, and internal reviews.
Take ownership of design challenges and contribute to improving design processes within the company.
Present and articulate design solutions to clients and stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure cutting-edge design solutions.
Must-Have Requirements:

5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for both web and mobile applications.
Proven expertise in using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Lucidchart for creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Strong graphic design experience, with a portfolio showcasing creative and functional designs.
Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and spacing.
Experience in creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces for various devices.
Demonstrated experience working directly with clients, from concept to final design.
Strong knowledge of design thinking and user-centered design processes.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience with tools like Jira or Trello for task and project management.
Nice-to-Have:

Experience in product management or project management.
Basic understanding of business analysis to align design decisions with business goals.
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies.
Experience in sketching and conceptualizing ideas before digitizing designs.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to better collaborate with development teams.

Leadership qualities: Able to mentor junior designers and lead projects independently.
