About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design clean, on-brand visuals using Figma, Canva, and Photoshop.
2. Create basic video edits for reels, snippets, and short marketing content.
3. Follow brand guidelines including typography, colors, spacing, and layout consistency.
4. Understand design briefs and translate them into engaging visual outputs.
5. Maintain organized design files with proper naming, layers, and folder structures.
6. Incorporate feedback quickly and refine designs accordingly.
7. Collaborate with content, SEO, and development teams when required.
8. Participate in brainstorming sessions and weekly design reviews.

• are available for full time (in-office) internship
• can start the internship between 13th Jul'26 and 17th Aug'26
• are available for duration of 4 months
• are from Jaipur only
• have relevant skills and interests

Other Requirements:
• 1. Availability for a full-time, in-office internship is required.
• 2. Candidates should be available to start the internship between 13th July 2026 and 10th August 2026.
• 3. Availability for a minimum internship duration of 4 months is required.
• 4. Relevant skills and interest in UI/UX design are desirable.
• 5. Basic knowledge of Figma or similar UI/UX design tools is preferred.
• 6. Understanding of UI design principles, spacing, typography, and usability concepts is desirable.
• 7. Interest in user experience design, interface design, and problem-solving is essential.
• 8. Ability to think from the perspective of end users is preferred.
• 9. Strong organizational skills and a deadline-oriented approach are valued.
• 10. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
• 11. A curious, proactive, and self-motivated attitude is preferred.
• 12. Openness to feedback and continuous learning is important.
• 13. Honest, professional, and clear communication skills are expected.
• 14. Ability to remain composed while working under deadlines is preferred.
• 15. A positive attitude and collaborative mindset are valued.
• 16. Candidates pursuing or having completed a B.Des, BFA, B.Sc, BCA, or UI/UX-related course may be preferred.

• 1. Location: Shipra Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur.

5. Training will be provided on agency-level UI/UX design processes and workflows.
6. Exposure to user intent analysis, user journeys, and conversion-focused design practices will be provided.
7. Learning opportunities in wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and usability optimization are included.
8. Experience working with developers on design-to-development handoff processes will be provided.
9. Practical exposure to real-world UI/UX projects and usability improvements will be offered.
10. Working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
11. Working days are Monday to Friday.
12. Team lunches and outings are organized regularly.
13. Exposure to premium marketing and design tools will be provided.
14. A collaborative, learning-oriented, and no-ego work culture is maintained.
