Role Description This is a full-time, on-site UI / Graphics Designer Intern (non-paid) role based in Bengaluru. The intern will assist in creating user interface designs, graphics, and visual assets for web and mobile applications under the guidance of senior designers. Day-to-day tasks include designing layouts, icons, and illustrations, supporting logo and branding projects, and preparing assets for development teams. The role also involves collaborating with developers and other team members, iterating on design feedback, and maintaining consistency with brand guidelines across projects. This internship offers hands-on experience in a professional environment and the opportunity to build a strong design portfolio.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually appealing and user-focused designs.
• Skills in Logo Design and Branding to support the development of cohesive visual identities for clients.
• Understanding of Typography and layout principles to ensure clarity, hierarchy, and readability in UI and graphic assets.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and an interest in designing for web and mobile interfaces.
• Ability to take feedback constructively, work collaboratively in a team, and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant design work (academic, personal, or freelance projects) is highly beneficial.
