We are looking for a dedicated and professional Turndown Attendant to join our dynamic team and contribute to the seamless operation of our housekeeping services.


About the Role
As a Turndown Attendant at Shangri-La Sydney, you will be responsible for providing excellent turndown service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay. This is a casual role, with a focus on delivering personalized service that exceeds guest expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional turndown service to guest rooms, ensuring rooms are prepared for the evening.

Replace towels, make beds, and replace or refresh amenities as necessary.

Replenish minibar items and ensure the cleanliness of the room, including floors, furniture, and windows.

Address guest requests or inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.

Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times.

Assist with any other housekeeping duties as required to ensure a smooth operation of the department.

Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding guests’ personal belongings and requests.

Work closely with other hotel teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a housekeeping or turndown attendant role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of service.
A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
