Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Truck Driver Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage driver schedules, and ensure the efficient and safe transport of goods. This is a supervisory role requiring prior experience in trucking and transportation logistics.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of truck drivers and related staff
· Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and internal policies
· Oversee cargo loading/unloading and verify transport documentation
· Train new drivers and enforce adherence to safety protocols
· Maintain records related to driver logs, vehicle maintenance, and hours of service
· Coordinate fleet maintenance and resolve operational issues
· Communicate with clients and resolve delivery or service-related concerns
· Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety
Requirements
· Completion of secondary school
· Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a truck driver supervisor or in a similar transportation/logistics role
· Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
· Familiarity with transportation regulations and fleet management practices
· Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Work Environment
The primary workplace is the company’s terminal/truck yard office in Richmond, BC, for supervision, coordination, and operational monitoring. The position requires occasional travel to the head office in Abbotsford, BC.

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
Additional pay:
• Overtime pay

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
