Job Description:

Urgently Hiring for Travels Operations professionals who must have flair knowledge of tour

packages for International destinations i.e. CIS Countries, Europe etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• All executions related to travel operations – itineraries, bookings, negotiations, etc.
• Plans and directs the operations while coordinating with other company departments
• Managing the marketing and promotion of tourism services offered by the organization.
• Review incoming reservations to ensure that they meet company standards and
• requirements.
• Establishing relationships with travel suppliers such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, car
• rental agencies, etc.
• Monitors expenses, and schedules/supervises the team.
• Manage all contracting domestically & and internationally with vendors.
• Managing and taking care of travel associations and memberships.
• Manage travel insurance and other related matters of travelers.
• Implementing new, alternative, and innovative ideas for achieving new business and
• recurring clients. Sourcing products and destinations to meet consumer demands for
• bespoke travel.

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Good knowledge of MS- word and Excel
• Experience in International Tours
• Take right decision, knowledge of what to sell to customer as per their requirement,
• having knowledge to think out of the box and have selling capability.
• knowledge of travel software will be added advantage.
• Min.3-4 years of experience in Travel operation.
