Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Sales Consultant, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel arrangements, offering expert travel consulting services, managing travel plans, and handling reservations. Daily tasks will include liaising with customers to understand their travel needs, suggesting suitable travel options, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Additionally, the role involves providing exceptional customer service, resolving travel-related issues, and staying updated with the latest travel industry trends.
Qualifications
• Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and making Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to manage Reservations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency with computer systems and travel booking software (optional)
• Knowledge of international travel regulations and guidelines is a plus
