Travel Operations Intern

We are seeking a Travel Operations Intern to join our vertical, Rajasthan Studio. It is a leading travel experiences company offering unique art experiences to travel enthusiasts and explorers. We curate Indian art workshops with award-winning artisans. India’s art and culture is a big market yet to be explored in the travel sector, and Rajasthan Studio is committed to bridging the gap between expert local artisans and niche travel and art lovers.

Travel Operations Intern Responsibilities

Connect with hotels’ guest relations and concierge team to upsell our art experiences and build a network.
Connect and collaborate with volunteers for art experiences.
Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers.
Provide end-to-end service while organizing a trip from booking the tickets, reserving the hotels and creating the itinerary.
Provide all relevant and essential information to the tourists regarding their travel like guides, itineraries, brochures, and maps.
Regularly update a database containing client details and ensure this data is secured and handled appropriately.
Stay up to date on domestic and international travel trends.
Travel Sales Intern Requirements

Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism, hospitality business or relevant fields.
Strong knowledge of travelling software and procedures.
Basic computer skills and software like MS Office.
Multilingualism is an advantage.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Interest in art related activities
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
