Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Travel Operations Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our travel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end travel operations, ensuring seamless travel arrangements, excellent customer service, and smooth coordination with vendors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage domestic and international travel bookings including flights, hotels, transfers, and travel insurance
• Handle client inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a professional and timely manner
• Create customized itineraries as per client requirements
• Coordinate with travel suppliers and vendors for bookings, confirmations, and changes
• Maintain records of bookings, payments, and client interactions
• Provide pre-departure support and post-travel follow-up
• Resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions promptly
• Keep updated with travel trends, visa processes, and destination knowledge
• Ensure all services meet the company’s quality standards
• Prepare and share travel reports with management as needed
Key Skills & Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in a travel agency or travel operations role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Knowledge of visa and travel documentation processes is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
