Essentials For Employment
• Unrestricted State License or Certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Unrestricted physical for lifting, pushing, pulling
• Compliance with any other licensing or credentialing requirements
• BLS Certification with the American Heart Association
• ACLS required with the American Heart Association for high acuity specialties

• Provide 2 responsive supervisor/manager references worked within previous 12 months
• Resume detailing all work history
• Physical completed within last 12 months
• Updated immunization records
