We are seeking a highly skilled and IATA-certified Senior Associate for our Travel Desk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and other travel-related services. The Senior Associate will ensure compliance with company policies while providing efficient and timely support for all travel-related requests.

Role responsibilities
• Travel Arrangements:Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for employees, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, transportation, and visa assistance as needed.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies to ensure the best travel deals and services for company employees.
• IATA Certification Utilization:Use your IATA certification to navigate booking systems and ensure compliance with travel industry standards.
• Cost Control:Ensure cost-effective travel options are selected while adhering to company travel policies and budgets.
• Policy Adherence:Ensure that all travel arrangements are in compliance with company travel policies and guidelines.
• Travel Support:Provide assistance and guidance for employees regarding travel-related inquiries, itineraries, and changes in travel plans.
• Travel Documentation:Ensure all travel documents such as flight tickets, hotel bookings, and itineraries are properly documented and shared with the employees.
• Reporting:Prepare travel-related reports, including expenses, bookings, and vendor performance, for management review.
• Issue Resolution:Address and resolve any issues that arise during the travel process, including changes in itineraries, cancellations, or booking errors.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to employees, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel experience.Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or a related field.
• Certifications: IATA Certification (essential).

Experience:
• Minimum 4 5 years of experience in travel desk management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of global travel booking systems (GDS) and travel industry standards.
• Proven track record of coordinating complex travel logistics.

Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
