Travel Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing customized travel packages, converting leads into bookings, and handling customer queries over phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand customer preferences and create customized domestic/international travel packages accordingly

Respond to incoming queries via calls, emails, and walk-ins

Explain travel itineraries, pricing, and package inclusions clearly to potential clients

Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications

Follow up on leads and assist in converting them to confirmed sales

Coordinate with vendors and service providers (hotels, transport, etc.)

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction before, during, and after the trip

Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and pricing

Requirements:
Requirements:

0–2 years of experience in travel sales or customer service (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude

Basic knowledge of popular travel destinations and packages is a plus

Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer usage

Ability to multitask and handle queries efficiently
