Your Role:
Assist clients in planning and booking their ideal vacations, from flights and accommodations to tours and activities
Offer personalized travel recommendations tailored to each client's preferences and budget
Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat
Manage booking details, travel documentation, and payment processing
Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and special promotions
Resolve issues and provide support before, during, and after travel
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
A passion for travel and helping others explore the world
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work setting
Access to a computer, phone, and reliable internet connection
Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify, you must reside and be authorized to work in one of the following locations:
