Job Description
Job Title: Travel Advisor
Location: Khar, Mumbai (On-site)
About the Role:
We are seeking a Travel Advisor to join our growing team. Managing luxury bookings, and delivering high-end client service. You will collaborate closely with clients to curate exceptional travel experiences — from idea to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client preferences and design tailor-made travel itineraries.
Recommend premium destinations, accommodations, and exclusive experiences.
Manage end-to-end travel bookings including flights, hotels, villas, and activities.
Coordinate with global suppliers, vendors, and local partners to ensure smooth operations.
Provide clients with comprehensive travel documentation, guidance, and support.
Handle last-minute changes or travel issues professionally and efficiently.
Stay informed about emerging destinations, travel trends, and special offers in the luxury travel segment.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of global destinations, luxury travel, and booking systems.
Proficiency in Excel and Canva.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
A genuine passion for travel and creating memorable client experiences.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
