Position Overview Role Description As a member of the Transformations team within Know Your Customer Operations (KYC - Ops), you are required to spearhead automation of processes in collaboration with technology and operations. Your responsibility would include the implementation of short term tactical changes, as well strategic Target Operating Model. You will be responsible for a comprehensive project portfolio of digitization and automation measures in KYC-Ops. In close collaboration with the Digitalization and Automation Project Lead, the role includes setting the vision and strategy for the continued development of the digitalization and automation book of work. Work with stakeholders to align on new functionality and business requirements. Understand the needs of the key stakeholder to define problem statements, create short term strategies to deliver value through addressing the issues systematically. Participation in the overarching strategy development for the topic area of digitalization and automation in Corporate Bank / Investment Bank / Capital Release Unit Know Your Customer Operations. It gives you an exposure to work with diverse and global teams on processes and projects which impact multiple locations across the globe.
