At Marsh we have a fantastic opportunity for an individual keen to progress their career within our Private Equity and Mergers Acquisitions (PEMA) Practice in Sydney. As a Transactional Risk Analyst, you will gain industry leading training and guidance in supporting clients through MA insurance solutions, with a focus on warranties and indemnities (WI) insurance. This position offers the opportunity to assist in impactful MA projects within a supportive and collaborative team environment.


Our Transactional Risk practice within PEMA boasts a strong track record of supporting clients through interesting and complex MA transactions worldwide, delivering customized MA insurance solutions for high-profile deals. We will count on you to:


Assist in providing advice on insurance solutions related to MA transactions under the guidance of senior brokers.
Support the policy and coverage negotiation process by researching and drafting policy wordings that align to the client’s objectives.
Help build and maintain strong professional relationships with the local MA community.
Serve as a point of contact for clients during the MA process, ensuring effective communication and support.
Contribute to project management by assisting in the coordination of tasks and timeliness to help achieve successful outcomes.

What you need to have:

Previous legal or insurance sector experience would be highly advantageous.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong numerical skills and high attention to detail.
Proven experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
