Job Description
Corporate Transactional Lawyer
(3–5 Years’ Experience)
We are looking for a skilled transactional lawyer to join our practice. If you have experience handling corporate deals and providing strategic legal counsel on investments, M&A, strategic partnerships, or IPOs, we would like to hear from you.
Role Overview
• Conduct due diligence for corporate transactions, including M&A.
• Represent clients in negotiations with stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents.
• Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and risk assessment.
• Advise clients on corporate structuring and commercial transactions.
• Manage multiple matters while ensuring adherence to deadlines.
What We Are Looking For
• 3–5 years of experience, of which at least 1 year should be in corporate transactions.
• Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and commercial deals.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Law degree from a recognised institution.
