This role involves delivering virtual training programs focused on product knowledge, technical systems, sales, and professional skills. The specialist will use diverse instructional methods to ensure knowledge transfer and engagement in a remote learning environment.
Responsibilities:
✔️ Deliver structured training programs in a virtual setting.
✔️ Apply adult learning principles to enhance training effectiveness.
✔️ Manage the learning environment for optimal knowledge transfer.
✔️ Work within an Agile, self-managed, cross-functional team.
Qualifications:
Experience: in training delivery (virtual experience preferred).
Skills: Strong leadership, facilitation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Office, Zoom, Adobe Connect.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Work Setup: Reliable internet connection and personal computer.
Flexibility: Available for both day and evening training sessions.
