- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in housekeeping operations in Hotel, Hospital or Facility Services
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or managing a team
- Strong knowledge of cleaning SOPs, chemical usage, and hygiene standards
- Experience working in hotels, facility management companies, or hospitals preferred
- Good communication and people management skills
- Ability to work on-ground and travel within the city as required
- Minimum qualification: 2 year Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
Good to Have
- Experience in manpower handling and scheduling
- Background in hotels, hospitals, or facility management companies such as CBRE, Sodexo, ISS, OCS, or BVG
- Exposure to quality audits and compliance standards
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemical brands such as Taski or Diversey
