Responsibilities include:
• Conducting thorough analysis of client training needs and developing effective solutions.
• Collaborating with internal trainers and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
• Coordinating and managing all aspects of training program logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, and catering arrangements.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports of training activities, attendance, and evaluation results.
• Providing excellent customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing changes to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of new training programs and initiatives.
