Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to support our learning delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing training sessions, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate training sessions in collaboration with internal trainers and external vendors
• Manage training requests, including session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation
• Communicate with employees about training session details and ensure their proper execution
• Calibrate and coordinate with the offsite team for any changes or updates in training events
• Monitor and report on training activity progress and outcomes
Requirements:
• Advanced level of Japanese language proficiency
• Proven experience in a training coordination or related role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
