Job Description
Job Title: Training Application Engineer / Technical Support Engineer
Location: Delhi – India
Overview:
As an Applications Engineer, you are the technical backbone to our consultants, system integrators & end-users to provide pre-sales design support. Your expertise flows into training, the design and implementation of systems as well as the ongoing support of our customers when required. You will play a key role in specifying QSC/Q-SYS solutions.
Elevating the Q-SYS knowledge and expertise of our key partners, (including integrators, consultants, and end-users) from the AV (Audio Visual) Industry through the delivery of award-winning training courses on cutting-edge technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop an in-depth knowledge of the QSC/Q-SYS products, policies, and practices.
Work on Pre-Sales System designs, Schematics & Tender Specifications.
Plan and conduct award winning Q-SYS technical trainings.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure prioritization of content based on needs of strategic accounts.
Attend industry training and develop relevant knowledge and skills to enhance performance.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Education to degree level or qualification in an industry relevant field is preferred.
At least 5 years of professional experience in AV&C system design, training, and technical support.
Education to degree level or qualification in an industry relevant field is preferred.
Knowledge of DSP and Control programming software’s, and technical drawing programs are must.
Strong understanding of audio-visual system designs, AV networking, support, and troubleshooting.
Excellent and engaging presentation skills
A passionate for market leading technology and able to convey complex topics in a straightforward manner.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong working relationships quickly.
Highly motivated and results oriented - driven to succeed.
Must have proven experience in delivering technical training to a variety of audiences.
• communication skills (both verbal and written)
• English language skills (both verbal and written)
• have proven experience in delivering technical training to a variety of audiences.
• in creating training material in PowerPoint and video formats is desired.
• of Visio, Autocad & EASE is desired.
AVIXA and networking certifications are a plus.
AV industry Audio, Video & Control trainings and certifications are desired.
