Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer for Emerging Technology located in Coimbatore. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering in-depth training sessions on cutting-edge technologies to diverse audiences. Responsibilities include developing curriculum, conducting training sessions, creating instructional materials, evaluating trainee performance, and staying updated on the latest advancements in emerging technology. The Trainer will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective implementation of training programs.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design techniques
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective knowledge delivery
• Experience in Training and Education, including facilitating workshops or courses
• In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies and trends
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technology, or related field; advanced certifications in training or technology are an advantage
• Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and manage classroom dynamics
