Job Description
Role: Trainer Enterprise Development, Guwahati, Experience: 5+ Years, Salary: 8- 9.6 LPA
Note: Proficiency in Assamese language (written and spoken) is mandatory.
About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic professional to design and deliver impactful training programs for grassroots women collectives and enterprise groups. The ideal candidate should have strong facilitation skills, experience in community capacity building, and the ability to create engaging learning experiences in Assamese, Hindi, and English.
This role requires a highly motivated individual who is committed to continuous learning, community empowerment, and long-term engagement with grassroots institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive training calendars for online and offline capacity-building programs.
• Design training modules, learning materials, presentations, and activity-based content in Assamese, English, and Hindi.
• Conduct engaging training sessions on:
• Leadership Governance
• Entrepreneurship Development
• Sales Business Growth
• Soft Skills Communication
• Digital Literacy Digital Marketing
• Collective Enterprise Management
