Profile - Trainer (Sales / Collection exp )
Location - Noida sec 62
Salary - 30k - 55k inhand
Experience - 2 year of experience in training department.
Qualification - Graduate
Shift and Timing - Day Shift rotational off
Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
Design effective training programs.
Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
Prepare training Modules.
Support and mentor new employees
Conduct monthly management training...
