The Role We are seeking qualified and experienced Trainers & Assessors to join our Canberra team. You will deliver and assess one or more of the following courses: CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support CHC52021 Diploma of Community Services Applicants qualified in multiple areas will be given priority. However, we welcome applications from candidates with experience and qualifications in any one of the above specialisations. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging face-to-face training sessions aligned with corresponding course's curriculum and industry standards Conduct assessments (written, practical, and workplace-based) Support students with feedback and guidance Maintain accurate records and comply with ASQA standards Update learning resources as needed Collaborate with other trainers and admin staff Requirements Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122) Relevant qualification in one or more of the following: Ageing Support; and/or Community Services Industry experience in the relevant field Strong communication and organisational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and LMS platforms, (aXcelerate highly recommended) Desirable Experience working with international students First Aid Certificate Valid Police Check Apply Now Ready to inspire the next generation of care professionals? The Role
