Job description
Are you passionate about creating unforgettable moments and love bringing people's dream weddings to life? TailorMade Experiences is seeking a trainee wedding planner intern to join our dynamic team. As a trainee wedding planner, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the industry and gain hands-on experience in planning and executing weddings.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Assist in coordinating and organizing various aspects of weddings, including venue selection, vendor management, and guest accommodations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and assist in creating personalized wedding experiences.
• Help with budget management and tracking expenses to ensure weddings are executed within financial constraints.
• Attend meetings and site visits with clients and vendors to ensure all details are in place for the big day.
• Assist in creating timelines and schedules for weddings to ensure seamless execution on the day of the event.
• Provide on-site support during weddings to ensure everything runs smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Assist in post-event activities, such as collecting feedback from clients and vendors to improve future wedding planning processes.
