JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION STATEMENT: This role is responsible for analysing the product requirements, executing test cases, defect tracking, assisting on projects to respective client/Sr. Test Engineers. The incumbent defines the scope of testing within the context of each release /delivery. __________________________________________________________________________ REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: ? 0-6 months of Testing Experience for the BFSI/Telecom domain or as per requirement ? Effective communication skills and ability to articulate properly ? Experience in web & mobile browser testing (preferred) ___________________________________________________________________________ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES: 1. Creates test scenarios & test cases basis of BRD / FSD documentation and makes the necessary additions to the created test scenarios 2. Provides quality test results to the business 3. Prepares the test data needed to perform the test and perform tests at all levels of testing. 4. Analyzes and reports the defects to the concerned team. 5. Provides documentation and reports of test cases, defects etc. 6. Adds information about bugs in the defect management tool. 7. Ensures on-time testing of the deliverable products or applications. 8. Ensures regular communication with Test Lead on any issue that may impact quality, schedule, and defects. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: ? BE/B.Tech in any Specialization ? Should have scored a minimum of 60% of marks throughout all academic levels
