About the Role:



As a Trainee – Sales and Business Development, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives revenue growth and market expansion. You’ll undergo structured training and work closely with the sales and business development teams to gain hands-on experience in client acquisition, lead generation, sales strategy, and account management.


Key Responsibilities:



Participate in sales and BD training programs.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.
Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
Assist in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and market trends.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.
Shadow senior sales professionals to understand the sales cycle from start to close.


Desired Candidate Profile:



Qualification: MBA / PGDM (Marketing, Sales, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant internship/experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (preferred).
Willing to travel as per business requirements.


Work Agreement:

This position comes with a Work Agreement of 1 Year and 6 Months (18 Months), effective from the date of joining. Read more
